About me
Hi there, I'm Emily
I'm a designer passionate about user experience, product design, design systems, information architecture, UX trends, emerging technologies, AI, and web accessibility. I graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a BDes majoring in Industrial Design, followed by a GDip in Visual Communication Design from Massey University.
Currently, I'm working as a UX/UI Designer at the Ministry of Education in Wellington. My work experience has allowed me to dive deeper into web/product design and has given me the opportunity to work with some pretty cool people in the behind-the-scenes of product development.
I enjoy problem-solving and creating great digital experiences. UX is an iterative, collaborative process and I appreciate learning new things every step of the way. In my work I strive to design for the better from a user-centered approach.
